Eye of the Needle Pose

Eye of the needle pose is a great exercise for those people who just start their sciatica treatment. It can work out and strengthen the hips. Firstly, you need to lie on the back and bring up the left leg at a right angle. Grasp both hands behind your thigh and lock all fingers. Lift the right leg and put the left ankle on top of your right knee. Stay in this posture in several seconds to stretch your piriformis muscles. Repeat with your left leg. [4]
