It is quite clear that processed meats, fried foods, and sweetened drinks would promote inflammation. However, there are still mixed conclusions about the link between dairy products and inflammation. These differences come from variations in study methods and design, diet composition, as well as the health status and demographic of participants.

In general, more evidence indicates that dairy and inflammation are not linked. However, more research is needed to find out each dairy products, along with their nutrients or components would decrease or promote inflammatory responses. [3]
