10 Fun Yoga Poses for Two People

Double Tree

By improving hamstrings, quads, hips, glutes, and abdominals, the double tree pose can help you keep balance better. Start with standing side by side with hips touching. Extend the inside of your arms overhead. Make sure to keep them straight and interlace them so that both palms can meet. Next, lift the outside foot and bend the knee, while placing the foot flat against the inner thigh. Bring the outside of your arms across the body. Breathe in and out evenly. Try to lengthen the body and keep balance. [2]
