Itchy Rash
Celiac disease can trigger dermatitis herpetiformis, which is a form of blistering and itchy skin. It often occurs on your buttocks, knees, or elbows. Around 20 percent of people with the celiac disorder have this rash, making it one of the most obvious signs of the condition. Also, it might occur after diagnosis due to poor adherence to the treatment. Itchy rashes might develop with or without digestive symptoms, depending on the level of severity.
