In some cases, more severe side effects may occur, such as chest pain, shortness of breath, persistent cough, bloody stools, severe stomach pain, abnormal heartbeat, and more frequent infections. Visit your healthcare provider as soon as you notice these signs to prevent further complications and dangerous conditions.
