Bicycle
There are a number of ways to accomplish this. Don’t fret; you needn’t take a bicycle outdoors to achieve a great session of bicycling for a health boost. Bicycling can take the form of the traditional outdoor pedaling around the streets, but you can do it indoors too without a traditional bicycle. If you don’t have a stationary bicycle in your gym, I bet you have a reliable back to lie on. These things don’t take time. With your back to the ground, try lifting each of your knees toward your chest one at a time. Take them up in turns and make the movements quite rapidly till you feel like you’re riding an imaginary bicycle. How does it help? Bicycling gets your calf muscles working, blood flowing, and heart pumping. It has a low impact on your joints, and you get your veins easing up. [3]
