Good mornings are an effective exercise to work out your glutes and hamstrings. Start with your feet hip-width apart, arms rotated, elbows bent, hands above your shoulders, and palms facing forward. Keep your back flat and gently bend your knees, then slowly engage your hips and glutes to lower the chest until it is nearly parallel to the ground. Press into your feet and engage the core and glutes to return to the starting position. Perform 2 to 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps. Advanced individuals may use dumbbells or a barbell for more challenges.
