Beans are very popular and affordable foods, loaded with lots of nutrients. They are quite different from other fruits and seeds because of the family they belong to, which is the Fabaceae family. Asides being highly proteins, beans are a fantastic source of fiber. One interesting thing about this food is that it comes in different varieties; we have the soybeans, the kidney beans, the chickpeas, the navy beans, the black beans, and the pinto beans.
