Yogurt
The whitish milky food which is enjoyed by almost everyone in the whole parts of the world. It has been considered to be a very safe breakfast for those who are on a gluten-free diet. Yogurt is natural and hundred percent gluten-free. However, not all products of yogurt are free of gluten because some companies are now following the trend of adding grains and seeds to their products. Products like YoCrunch yogurt products contain additions of cereals, cookies, and granola that includes wheat, barley, rye, and triticale. Also, Dannon yogurt products and some Greek yogurt products are not certified to be free of gluten because of cross-contamination and gluten-containing additives.[2]
