Pay Attention to Your Actions
A good way to practice mindfulness is to pay attention to every action you do in the daily life. For instance, try to be aware of things that you say and do, along with the underlying motivations. The key is to understand when and why you do something, which is important in learning more about yourself and what you really want to become. Keep in mind that awareness and mindfulness are similar, but they are not completely the same. Being mindful of how you talk to someone is not the same as realizing that you are talking to them. [1]
