For this pose, you would avoid some problems by using a yoga block for the bottom hand in case you are not comfortable when reaching your arms to the ground. Also, you would put your hand at rest with a higher position on the leg. Do not hesitate to bend both knees slightly when you feel uncomfortable. This should not be a pronounced bend, but it is just enough to ease your hamstrings’ tension and “unlock” the knees. [9]
