Plyo Jacks
Plyo jacks are quite similar to jumping jacks but at a much slower rate. It can challenge the entire body and get the heart rate up in a new way. Start with both feet together and then slowly bring your arms to the front into a squat position. Jump out and land in a deep squat. Make sure to circle the arms over your head. Do it again and bring both feet together while circle your arms back down. You can try plyo jacks at the end of the cardio workout to add intensity. It can help work out your glutes thighs and hips.
