Jumping Jacks
Jumping jacks involve repeated jumping and moving the arms over the head and back. This exercise can burn a lot of calories and does not require any special skills or equipment. All you need is a suitable pair of shoes. You can add jumping jacks in the regular workout or in a strength/cardio circuit. Try to do it for 30 to 60 seconds and alternate with other cardio exercises like rope jumping, jogging, or marching. Keep in mind that jumping jacks can put a lot of pressure on the joints.
