Epsom Bath
Epsom salt has magnesium sulfate, a natural substance which is often used to relieve pain and discomfort. When you soak the body in a high level of magnesium, it would ease the symptoms caused by arthritis on your joints or muscles. All you need to do is to add 1 to 2 cups of Epsom salt into the bath with warm water and enjoy yourself in 10 to 20 minutes.
