Hip Rotator Stretch

As the name implies, a hip rotator stretch can help stretch out the hip. Start with laying on the back on flat ground. Bend both knees and keep the feet flat. Bring up the leg on the affected side and rest it on the opposite knee. Put the hand on the knee, which is still in the air, and push outward gently to stretch the hip muscle. Hold out your knee in this stance for 15 to 30 seconds. Do it 2 to 4 times. [3]
