Cauliflower
Research says cauliflower is highly nutritious, so you do not need to avoid it on your diet list completely. Of course, you can still add it to any food as you would like it, but this should not always be done as cauliflower is one of the vegetables with a very high purine content. Occasionally, you can replace cauliflower in your dish with broccoli; both actually look alike you know, and broccoli is lower in purine content.
