Sitting Pigeon Pose
This is a simpler version of the pigeon pose that can also help with sciatica. Start with stretched legs in front of the body while sitting on the ground. Bend the left leg and put the left ankle on top of the right knee. Lean forward until the upper body reaches the thigh. Stay in this position in 20 seconds to stretch your lower back and glutes. Do it again on the opposite side. [8]
