Cardio Exercises to Do at Home

Cardio or cardiovascular exercise is important for good health. It can increase the heart rate, thus making the blood pump quicker. This eventually transmits more oxygen to other body parts and keeps essential organs healthy. There are also many other benefits, such as the reduced risk of chronic diseases, better sleep, and weight loss. If you do not want to hit the gym or cannot go outside, below are some simple yet effective cardio exercises to try at home.
