Burpees

Burpees are a simple and effective exercise that many people can try at home. It can work the whole body and increase the heart rate in a very short duration. Everyone can perform the move easily. However, this is actually a challenging exercise on many body parts, especially the lungs and heart. You can do burpees to improve endurance, agility, and power. Start with standing and having both feet apart at the hip-width. Squat to the ground while putting both hands in front of the body, touching the floor. Do an explosive jump in a pushup position so that your toes and hands are in a straight line. Next, perform a pushup on your knees or toes. Immediately jump your feet back to the initial position.
