Sciatica Exercise for Pain Relief

Standing Hamstring Stretch

Doing this exercise can help you alleviate tightness and pain triggered by sciatica in your hamstring. Firstly, put the left foot on a higher surface than the hip level. Flex the foot for straight leg and toes. Bend forward to the foot until you feel uncomfortable. Make sure to stop immediately when you feel pain. Otherwise, it would worsen your inflammation. Keep this position in 20 to 25 seconds and do it again on the opposite side. [7]
