How to Do the Rack Pull
Once you have done with the preparation, follow this step-by-step guide to do the rack pull:
Step 1: Step onto the barbell with a shoulder-width stance. Bend your hips and knees slightly to get into the position
Step 2: Hold the bar a bit wider than the shoulder width
Step 3: Tighten the lats and push against the floor to pull the slack out of the positioning
Step 4: Lift up the barbell until the hips are extended fully. Avoid overextending the back at the top
Step 5: Keep tension on the bar and then return it to the initial position
Step 6: Repeat the above steps for the desired number of reps and sets [3]
