Dairy Products

Mayonnaise, margarine, cheese, butter, and other dairy products might worsen the pain or discomfort caused by arthritis. This is because they contain AGEs and saturated fats, both of them are major inflammation triggers. For several people, those substances would irritate the tissues around their joints and make the pain unbearable. Thus, it is better to limit the consumption of dairy products in your daily meals.
