Corn Oil
While olive oil and many other veggie oils are good for people with arthritis, corn oil is another story. Make snacks and baked goods contain this ingredient. It is known for a high level of omega-6 fatty acids, which would lead to inflammation. The same goes for soy oil, sunflower oil, and peanut oils. They are only healthy for your body when consumed in a small dose. Instead, it is better to switch to oil products that are high in omega-3 fatty acids, such as pumpkin seed oil, flaxseed oil, nut oil, and olive oil. [12]
