Cobbler’s Pose or Baddha Konasana
Type of pose: Seated
In a cobbler’s pose, just let gravity stretch the inner thighs. If you find it difficult to do this position, then try it with props. Sitting on a blanket or a block would raise the hips and allow the knees to open more naturally. If the knees are high, you will need lots of effort to hold up these parts, and the legs should be relaxed to maximize the benefits of this stretch. A simple solution is to put something supportive such as a block under your knees to help them rest. Because it is unusual to sit like this in daily life, the cobbler’s pose will stretch ignored parts of your body, especially the adductor groin groups. [5]
