Orange
Oranges are one of the perfect fruits to add to your diet and increase your fiber intake. One medium orange (154 grams) packs around 3 grams fiber of pectin, cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin, etc. Many people do not realize that drinking juice isn’t the best way to get your recommended daily fiber needs. A 7-ounce concentrated orange juice contains a minimum of 6 grams of total fiber and approximately 90 percent of that amount is soluble fiber for the reason that orange juice does preserve some soluble fiber, but it also sieves off most insoluble fiber that the pulp and skin have. Therefore, to have a better intake of dietary fiber, it is highly suggested to consume whole or cut-up fruit rather than just drinking juice. [8]
