How to Lose Back Fat: Exercise and Diet Tips

Diet Tips to Lose Back Fat

A balanced diet can help lose overall body fat, and it includes, of course, back fat as well. Firstly, creating a calorie deficit is essential for weight loss. A calorie deficit means a person intakes fewer calories than calories consumed to maintain daily activities. The condition promotes fat originally deposited in the body to burn and supply the needed energy, thus, resulting in weight loss. Secondly, eating foods high in nutrients is an effective way to reduce weight. Good foods contain beneficial elements like protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Some examples are leafy vegetables, avocados, apples, berries, fish, legumes, brown rice, quinoa, whole grain bread, etc. Last but not the least, avoid the intake of added sugar, saturated fats, and salt. The Dietary Guidelines recommend limiting unhealthy fat to less than 10% of total calories daily and sodium to less than 2,300 milligrams per day. [7]
