Steroid Injection
Steroid injections can also be a helpful method to alleviate pain caused by tennis elbow. During this process, your doctor will inject corticosteroids into the inflamed muscles or tendons. These drugs would help relieve inflammation and regenerate tissues over time. If the initial session works, some follow-up injections might be recommended in a couple of weeks for a full recovery.
