Foods with Vitamin K
Vitamin K can be found in many foods, such as calf’s liver, green tea, parsley, cauliflower, kale, or spinach. While this nutrient is important for some functions in the body, it would also interact with some drugs used for treating atrial fibrillation and reduce their effectiveness. Thus, it is better to avoid or limit the consumption of these foods to maximize the effects of your treatments. Ideally, you should not take in more than 120 mcg of vitamin K on a daily basis.
