Breast Soreness
Sore or tender breasts would be a warning sign of testicular cancer. Every man has breast tissue, which tends to be small due to the higher testosterone levels than estrogen levels. When a tumor grows in the testicles, it generates a type of GCG hormone. This leads to the swelling of the breasts. Some cancer cells can also produce estrogen, which is known as sex hormone in women. As a result, the breast of men with testicular cancer may become tender or sore, with the skin areas around their nipples become clearer. Do not feel embarrassed. Instead, inform your doctor as soon as possible as it would be a warning sign of testicular cancer. [8]
