10 Signs of Testicular Cancer

Rare Symptoms of Testicular Cancer

Testicular choriocarcinoma is a rare form of testicular cancer that can be very aggressive and tend to spread to other parts of the body, such as the brain, bones, and lungs. This would lead to some rare symptoms, depending on the affected areas. Another uncommon type called embryonal carcinoma can be susceptible to metastasis as well. These rare forms of testicular cancer may lead to the excessive release of HCG hormone. When this happens, the breast tissues would become abnormally bigger. They can also increase the production of estrogen, which is the sex hormone in women. Although testicular cancer is very rare in people younger than 14 years old, it would occasionally occur. When it does, one of the first sign can be early puberty, which is typically related to the growth of Leydig cancer cells. [9]
