One of the most popular remedies to treat vertigo for many people is the Epley maneuver. This is a simple procedure that can be done at home. The first step is to sit upright on the floor with both legs outstretched and a pillow behind. Turn the head 45 degrees to the left. Quickly recline with the head on the pillow. Remain in this position for 30 seconds. Next, slowly turn the head to the right 90 degrees. Avoid lifting the neck. Make sure the entire body is engaged by turning it to the right.
