Recommended Timing
The timing for a paleo diet can vary. As long as you consume compliant foods and ingredients, you would follow the usual schedule with 3 meals per day and in-between snacks, if necessary. Some people suggest abstinence from late-night eating to comply with your circadian rhythm. Some groups also combine a paleo diet with an intermittent fasting diet. This means you will fast during the day and only eat paleo-compliant foods during an 8-hour period, between 10 am and 6 pm or between 8 am and 4 pm, for instance. [8]
