Thumb Touch Exercise

This exercise would help improve strength and dexterity in the finger and thumb joints. Doing it regularly could help you pinch small items better, such as kitchen utensils, papers, or credit cards. Start with the high-five position, all fingers and the thumb should be extended. Use the tip of the index finger to touch the thumb’s tip, like an OK sign. Repeat with the other fingers. Try to keep the other three fingers straight up when touching the thumb. Repeat a few times before switching hands. [4]
