Butternut Squash
Butternut squash is a type of winter squat with orange flesh. It is a versatile veggie with a nutty and sweet flavor. Though you would eat butternut squash nut, it is often baked and roasted. One cup of butternut squash contains many nutrients, such as vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C, manganese, potassium, magnesium, vitamin B9 or folate, vitamin B6 or pyridoxine, vitamin B3 or niacin, and vitamin B1 or thiamine.
