Stretch
Doing some stretches can help hip pain. You need to focus on hip muscles, which are located on top of your bursae. Since they are a part of the hip joint’s lining, stretching them would provide some relief from discomfort and pain. Firstly, you need to kneel on a leg and hold on something to keep balance. Tilt forward the pelvis and tighten the gluteus muscles. Ideally, you need to feel a tight stretch around the top of the hip bone. Keep this position in at least 30 seconds before repeating it several times. [9]
