Ginger shot contains 6-gingerol, a powerful anti-cancer substance. It can help alleviate pro-inflammatory signaling molecules located in the colon. In the long run, this can reduce the risk of colon cancer. In addition, ginger shot is shown to inhibit oxidative stress thanks to a large number of antioxidants. This effect can be effective in preventing different forms of cancer like ovarian cancer, breast cancer, and pancreatic cancer. However, scientific evidence is still quite limited and more research is needed to verify the association between cancer and ginger shot. [10]
