Lack of Exercise
When you work out, the muscles in the body are used. This helps keep them stay flexible and strong. Leading a sedentary lifestyle might increase the risk of losing their tone and strength over time. In addition, regular exercise would improve balance and help the nervous system perform better. With a properly functioning nervous system, the body can prevent toe cramps by controlling muscle contractions and spasms. You should aim for at least 15 to 20 minutes of exercise per day. Start with simple and low-intensity activities like brisk walking, running, swimming, or cycling.[2]
