To diagnose Parkinson’s disease, a doctor needs to ask you a long list of questions concerning the symptoms, medical history, and family history of the condition. In addition, multiple tests can be done to verify the condition. Currently, there are no comprehensive blood tests to diagnose Parkinson’s. However, some urine and blood tests could help assess overall health. Your blood pressure would be measured standing and sitting to check for signs of orthostatic hypotension.
