Radial Tunnel Syndrome
Radial tunnel syndrome is not a common condition. It is often caused by a compression of the radial nerve, which runs along the arm and is responsible for the wrist extensor and triceps muscles. Those people who rotate their forearm muscles repetitively are often at a higher risk. These include mechanics or carpenters. In addition to a vague pain within the forearm that occurs gradually, radial tunnel syndrome would also trigger numbness around the back of your hand, which would radiate to the forearm. [5]
