Elbow Pain Causes

Tendonitis

Elbow pain can be a result of tendonitis in the triceps or biceps. These are important muscle groups that involve many important physical movements. The condition is often triggered by repetitive muscle activity. Aching pain is the most common symptom of biceps tendonitis. It can be clearly felt in front of your elbow. On the other hand, triceps tendonitis would result in an aching pain on the back of your elbow. Bruising and swelling might also happen around the forearm and elbow. [4]
