Language Issues
Many babies with autism might have a delay in their language development. Around 15 to 20 percent of reported cases cannot communicate when they reach one year old. Also, they might not respond to play and language. A normal kid would respond to their name at around 7 months, while an autistic baby needs more time. The same holds true for the imitation of actions and words from their parents and other people around. It is important to note these signs and consult a doctor as soon as possible. [2]
