Alcohol
Alcohol is basically a depressant what would make it harder to sleep healthily. Some drinks such as wine or beer would affect your central nervous system and change the levels of some hormones such as serotonin, dopamine, or glutamate. As a result, it leads to some motor and behavior activities that would trigger bruxism. Make sure to quit drinking to minimize the risk. You should not drink more than 2 cups for men and 1 cup for women on a daily basis. If you still consume alcohol after suffering from bruxism, the symptoms would intensify after each drink.
