Alarming Triggers of Insomnia

Early Sleep

Most of the insomniacs say that the go to sleep too soon. This seems to be counterintuitive, but it is a very common cause of insomnia. Early means 6 p.m. or 7 p.m. at night. The ideal time for sleeping should range from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., depending on your schedule and daily routine. A simple to work this out is to count backward around 7 to 8 hours from the desired time of waking up. For example, a 7 a.m. wake-up means that you should go to bed at 11 p.m. [2]
