Heat in Joints
While detecting changes in temperatures might not be the early symptom of tendinitis, suspected irritation or damage in the tendons would also be determined from co-morbid signs such as raised heat in your joints. This is quite similar to a fever when an injury in your joint would increase the inflammatory and circulatory responses to protect or heal this part. So whenever you notice this increased activity, make sure to pay sufficient attention and take a rest to prevent your joints from suffering from more damages. [6]
