Not Ideal Temperatures
Many environmental factors can make it not comfortable to fall asleep, and room temperature is one of these. Ideally, the best temperature for optimal sleep is around 60 to 68 degrees Fahrenheit. If it is too cold or too warm, your sleep may be seriously disrupted. Decreasing room temperature may help with sleep for some reasons. First, body temperatures tend to be lower during asleep, so turning down the thermostat can help with this process. Also, doing this will make sure that you won’t wake up at midnight due to the heat.
