Resistance Band Chest Workout You Can Do Anywhere

This is another great exercise with a resistance band to target your lats and bring a great posture. Prepare in a sitting position with both legs out in front of the body. This should be similar to a rowing position. Next, put the band around the feet and hold both ends. Squeeze the shoulder blades together to keep them engaged and pull back your elbow until your hands are close to the torso. Gradually return to the initial position and then repeat. Aim to perform 10 to 14 reps. During the whole exercise, make sure to engage the abs to sit straight and tall. [8]
