What Is DMT?
DMT, medically known as N, N-dimethyltryptamine, is a hallucinogenic tryptamine substance. It is known for creating effects similar to these of psychedelics, such as magic mushrooms and LSD. Other names for DMT include spiritual molecule, 45-minute psychosis, businessman’s special, businessman’s trip, as well as fantasia. In general, DMT can be naturally found in a lot of plan species or produced in a lab. It has been long used in many religious ceremonies in South American countries. However, DMT is currently a Schedule I controlled substance in the US, which means that it is not legal to make, purchase, distribute, or possess it. Certain cities and states have recently legalized it, but it is still illegal under federal law. [3]
