How to Stop Hitting the Snooze Button

Set A Gentle Alarm

The reason why we want to hit the snooze button as quickly as possible is perhaps that the alarm sound is so annoying and loud. This may have a negative effect on your mind as well. So, why not use a more smoothing and more pleasant sound, such as your favorite song, a catchy tune, or chirping birds. Ideally, the volume should increase slowly and peak.
