Box Breathing
As the name implies, this method involves breathing exercises with a visualization of a box that has 4 sides. The main goal is to remind you of doing the technique of the length and pattern of each breath. Below are simple steps to perform box breathing:
– Breathe in slowly through the nose and count from one to four
– Hold the breath and count from one to four
– Breathe out slowly through the mouth and count from one to four
– Hold the breath and count from one to four
