Wrist Stretch

Stretching the wrist can help blood circulate more effectively, thus reducing elbow pain. There are two options:

– An extensor stretch involves the back of the forearm. You first need to straighten out the affected arm until it is perpendicular to the torso. Make sure to hold the fingers and hand out straight. Turn the arm until the palm faces the ground. Grasp and pull down the fingertips to the ground with the opposite hand until you feel stretch in the forearm. Stay for 10 to 20 seconds.

– A flexor stretch involves the underside of the forearm. You first need to straighten out the affected arm until it is perpendicular to the torso. Turn the arm until the palm faces up. Grasp and pull down the fingertips to the ground with the opposite hand until you feel stretch on the forearm’s underside. Stay for 10 to 20 seconds.
